3:00pm – 4:00pm Court Testimony for Art Therapy presented by Pam Hill, LPC, ATR-BC$20 ($15 for VATA Members)
Refund/Cancellation policy: Cancellation up to a week prior to workshop will result in a refund of the registration fee minus a $5 processing fee. Cancellation after February 15th will result in a refund of registration fee minus $25 processing fee.
Ethics in Clinical Services presented by Carol Olson, LPC, ATR-BC, CSAC
This course is designed for art therapists and mental health professionals who work in a variety of clinical settings. The content focuses on professional ethics and ethical concerns in clinical practices for practitioners who work in sites that fall under a multiple levels of regulations. Topics included: confidentiality and record keeping in diverse clinical settings, HIPAA, ethical concerns regarding artwork, mandated reporting, and concerns regarding artwork.
Court Testimony for Art Therapists presented by Pam Hill, LPC, ATR-BC
What happens when you are called to testify in court? What questions will you be asked? What do you need to know to be prepared? In the Lecture and Q&A format workshop, art therapists will learn the ins and outs of court testimony process.
